We offer support through any of the following methods:

Remote support is best for minor issues, such as excessive pop-ups, or a slow computer. To use remote support you must have an always-on broadband connection.
To use VCS at our location, you simply need to bring in your computer, and any peripherals (monitor, printer, scanner, etc.) if they are part of the problem. You do not need to bring your keyboard, mouse, or power card. Once you call or e-mail us, we will provide you with an address to drop off your computer.
If you are having a networking issue, do not have dial-up, or have a problem involving a complex set-up, we recommend service at your location. We do not charge travel time to any location in the Santa Clarita Valley (SCV).
This price is only available to home users. This pricing is not available to our business customers.
